Access and Maintenance


When you choose our managed hosting services, you're entrusting us with access to your website and database. This is essential for hosting and safeguarding your content.


To keep your site secure, we'll alert you of any security issues. We might then upgrade your site or step in to remove harmful code.

We'll analyze your data and content, creating anonymized statistics to enhance our service's performance and security.


Account and Data Management


If you lose access to your account or decide to cancel, accessing hosting or backup data becomes unavailable. Note, that we may not retrieve backups or data if your account has been inactive for more than 14 days.


WP Care Plan Clients: Websites are fully backed up and retained for seven days from service cancellation. Unless requested, shall and will be purged by the 8th day.


You retain ownership of your data, granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and copy your data, solely to provide our services.


Service Availability


We aim for 100% uptime, ensuring your site is up and running all year round. However, there might be instances where this isn't possible.


Our commitment is a 99.9% uptime. If your site sees a sudden traffic surge, you may experience performance issues or downtime. In such cases, we'll suggest an upgrade and our standard uptime guarantee won't apply.


Service Level Agreement (SLA)


If we don't meet the 99.9% uptime, you may be eligible for an SLA Credit. Report any such instances to our support team within 30 days. Credits are 5% of your monthly hosting fee for each full hour of additional downtime, capped at 100% of your monthly fee. Downtime is determined by our monitoring systems.

Our SLA covers errors made by our team or third-party providers involved in our hosting services.


However, we can't cover downtime caused by external factors like third-party code, user errors, or natural disasters.
