Digital License for Digital Purchases

This article covers the licensing terms of all digital purchases from Millennial Bella in addition to our privacy policy and website terms and conditions.
In general, a Personal Use Rights is the default for ALL digital products unless otherwise specified.


PDF Documents: If you have purchased a digital download such as an ebook (workbooks, planners, worksheets, etc.), you will have a PDF copy of the license information of the product you purchased.

Courses: If you have signed up for a free or paid course, you are only permitted to use it for your own use. 

Canva Templates: All Canva templates are for your own personal use only.


Unless otherwise specified, redistribution or reproduction of the materials is strictly prohibited. You agree not to copy, alter, distribute, and/or reproduce your purchase by any means except for your own personal use.

PLR License

You are authorized to edit, sell, give away, or make it your own with a Private Label Rights License.

However, you cannot claim to be the product's original creator. 

Master Resell Rights License (MRR)

You are free to use or sell the product as is. This is usually for unbranded digital products that are sold in our store.

Millennial Bella is not liable for any legal sanctions the buyer commits upon purchase of any product sold by us. In no event will the author of the products, or any distributors, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of our products. Our products are provided "as is" and without warranties. Use of our products constitutes acceptance of the "No Liability" policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you are not permitted to use our products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The liability for damages, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the fee paid for the product.
